Tilting table and lifting beam for concrete pipe segments

The hydraulic tilting table for tilting concrete pipe segments was developed for the pipe factory of the company Wayss & Freytag, located in Gelsenkirchen, Germany

The concrete pipes are transferred to the tilting table in a standing position. After beiing tilted, the pipe can be removed by the hydraulic lifting beam off the table. Also the tilting of pipes from a laying position into a standing position is possible. The handling and monitoring of the tilting table is done by the integrated control panel.
